- 12 fluid ounce beer one can or bottle
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 3 pound corned beef brisket with spice packet
Optional Garnishes
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
- 2 tablespoons stone-ground mustard
- 1 tablespoon horseradish sauce
Place the corned beef brisket into the Instant Pot, fat-side up. Sprinkle the spice packet and minced garlic on top.
Pour in the beer and water around the meat, making sure not to cover it completely.
Close the lid, set the valve to 'Sealing,' and pressure cook on High for 90 minutes. Let pressure release naturally for 15 minutes, then quick release.
Remove beef, let rest 10 minutes, then slice against the grain. Serve with parsley, mustard, or horseradish as desired.
