Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 12 fluid ounce beer one can or bottle
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 pound corned beef brisket with spice packet

Optional Garnishes

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 tablespoons stone-ground mustard
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish sauce

Instructions
 

  • Place the corned beef brisket into the Instant Pot, fat-side up. Sprinkle the spice packet and minced garlic on top.
  • Pour in the beer and water around the meat, making sure not to cover it completely.
  • Close the lid, set the valve to 'Sealing,' and pressure cook on High for 90 minutes. Let pressure release naturally for 15 minutes, then quick release.
  • Remove beef, let rest 10 minutes, then slice against the grain. Serve with parsley, mustard, or horseradish as desired.
